Welcome to MEGART. These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of megart.com.au and to purchases made through our online store.
By accessing our website or placing an order with MEGART, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About MEGART
MEGART is an Australian small business based in Melbourne, Victoria, specialising in handcrafted and personalised products, including stationery, planners, notebooks, apparel, drinkware, accessories, 3D creations, gifts and other custom-made items.

2. Products and Personalisation
Many MEGART products are handmade, personalised or made to order.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalisation details, including names, spelling, colours, sizes, themes, wording and any other information requested when placing an order.
Please carefully review all personalisation details before submitting your order.
Because our products are handmade, minor variations in colour, positioning, finish, texture or appearance may occur. Screen settings, photography and lighting may also cause colours to appear slightly different from the physical product. These reasonable variations are part of the handmade nature of our products and do not necessarily constitute a defect.
2. Products and Personalisation
Where customers provide names, text, photographs, artwork, logos, images or other content for personalisation, the customer confirms that they have permission or the necessary rights to use that content.
MEGART reserves the right to decline requests that we reasonably believe are unlawful, offensive, discriminatory or infringe another person's intellectual property rights.
4. Orders
An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and MEGART has accepted the order for production.
We reserve the right to contact you if additional information or clarification is required before production begins.
If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or alternative.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order enters production.
Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers. MEGART does not directly store complete payment card details processed by those providers.
6. Production Times
Many MEGART products are individually created after an order is placed.
Production times vary depending on the product, quantity, level of customisation and current order volume.
Any production or delivery timeframe displayed or communicated by MEGART is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise.
If an order is required for a particular event or date, please contact us before ordering so we can confirm whether the requested timeframe is achievable.
7. Shipping and Delivery
MEGART delivers to locations available through our online checkout.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are displayed during checkout where applicable.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times may be affected by the carrier, public holidays, weather, peak periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an order is returned to MEGART because an incorrect or incomplete delivery address was supplied, additional postage charges may apply before the order is resent.
8. Personalised and Custom-Made Products
Because personalised and custom-made products are created specifically for an individual customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once production has commenced.
This includes situations where incorrect names, spelling, sizes, colours, wording or other personalisation information was supplied by the customer.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, materially different from its description or not what you ordered, please contact MEGART as soon as reasonably possible.
We may request photographs and information about the issue so that we can assess the product and determine the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, an appropriate remedy may include repair, replacement or refund.
10. Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel a personalised order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will try to accommodate your request where possible. However, once design work, printing, cutting, production or personalisation has commenced, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, MEGART branding, original product photographs, website content, original graphics, text and original designs created by MEGART remain the property of MEGART and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Third-party names, characters, trademarks and artwork remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Website Availability
We aim to keep our website and product information accurate and available. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the website will always be free from technical errors.
We may update product information, pricing, availability and these Terms & Conditions when reasonably necessary.
13. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
Guarantees & Intellectual Property
Under Australian Consumer Law, all MEGART products come with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a handcrafted item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace or repair it promptly upon notification.
All custom designs, 3D models, graphics, and artwork produced by MEGART remain our intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients retain rights to their submitted logos and personal artwork.
