Returns & Refunds policy

At MEGART, many of our products are handcrafted, personalised or made specifically for each customer. We want you to be happy with your order and will work with you if something goes wrong.
This policy should be read together with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Personalised and Custom-Made Products
Because personalised products are made specifically according to the information supplied by the customer, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.
This may include:
personalised planners and notebooks;
customised apparel;
personalised drinkware;
personalised bags and accessories;
custom 3D creations;
personalised gifts; and
other products created according to your requested name, design, colour, size, theme or specifications.
Please carefully review all names, spelling, colours, sizes, wording and other customisation details before submitting your order.
Customer Personalisation Errors
If a product has been made according to the information provided with your order, we generally cannot provide a refund or free replacement because of an error in the information supplied by the customer, such as an incorrect name, spelling, size, colour or wording.
If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. If production has not yet commenced, we will try to update the order where reasonably possible.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your product arrives faulty, damaged, materially different from its description, or is not the product you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

a description of the problem; and
clear photographs showing the product and the issue, where reasonably possible.
We may need to assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Depending on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law, the remedy may include a repair, replacement or refund.
Damage During Delivery
If your order appears to have been damaged during delivery, please photograph the product and packaging and contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Please retain the product and packaging while we assess the issue, as they may be required for a carrier claim or product assessment.
Change of Mind
MEGART is not required to provide a refund or exchange simply because you:
changed your mind;
selected the wrong colour or size;
no longer need the product;
found a similar product elsewhere; or
provided incorrect personalisation information.
We may choose to assist in exceptional circumstances at our discretion, but this does not create an ongoing obligation to accept change-of-mind returns.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible.
For personalised or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once design work, printing, cutting, manufacturing or personalisation has commenced.
If production has not commenced, we will consider the cancellation request and advise you of the available options.
Nothing in this section limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this Refund & Returns Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where a product fails to meet an applicable consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to a remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, we will generally issue it using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the funds to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
